What we collect
When you use the booking or enquiry form, the details you enter are securely saved so Clean Bin Busters can respond to your request and arrange bin cleaning. Please do not enter payment card information in a form or message.
Basic conversion events may also be recorded to understand which parts of the website help people book. We do not sell personal information.
Booking terms
Before your clean
Booking requests are confirmed by Clean Bin Busters before a visit is arranged. Bins must be empty and accessible after council collection. The current regular pay-as-you-go service has a minimum of six cleans; please let the team know by 8pm the night before if your bin will not be out.
