Quick answers
No jargon. No waffle.
From missed collections to regular cleans, here is how the service works in everyday language.
Ask us on WhatsAppHow often should I have my wheelie bin cleaned?
For the best routine hygiene, Clean Bin Busters recommends a regular clean every four weeks.
Do I need to be at home?
No. As long as your bin is out, empty and easy for us to find after collection, there’s no need to wait in.
What if the council doesn’t empty my bin?
If the collection has been missed, we can’t carry out the clean that day. It will move to the next scheduled clean and you won’t be charged for the missed visit.
Will my bin look brand new?
We focus on a thorough clean inside and give the exterior a quick freshen-up. Very old bins, paint, building materials and permanent marks may not come up as new — but your bin will be properly cleaned.
Are your cleaning products environmentally responsible?
Yes. Clean Bin Busters uses environmentally considerate cleaning products and disposes of wastewater using approved methods.
Do you clean residential and commercial bins?
Yes, for both households and commercial customers. The current service is for wheelie bins up to 240 litres.
Can I stop regular cleans?
Yes. The current pay-as-you-go regular service has a minimum of six cleans before you can stop.
Will I be charged if I forget to leave my bin out?
A missed bin can still be charged, unless you let the team know by 8pm the night before the clean.
