The whole service is built around keeping it easy for you. Pick a service, leave your empty bin out and we’ll take it from there.

Choose what you need
Select one or more cleaning options, including household, recycling, garden and small bins.

Your council collects
Leave your bin out as normal. It needs to be empty before it can be cleaned.

We clean after collection
We wash, sanitise and deodorise it, leaving you with a cleaner bin to bring back in.
The important little details
A smooth clean starts with an empty bin.
Leave it accessible
No need to be at home, as long as the bin is left somewhere our team can find it after collection.
If the council misses it
If the council has not emptied your bin, the clean will move to the next scheduled clean and you will not be charged for that missed visit.
If plans change
If your bin will not be out, please let the team know by 8pm the night before to avoid a wasted journey.
